Scarlett's Pink & Zebra Princess Party!

Scarlett's birthday party was the girliest, pinkest, frilliest party without a doubt, and I enjoyed every minute of planning and throwing her pink and zebra themed 1st birthday♥
She had a blast with her cousins and friends, it was a BEAUTIFUL day at Lake Poway, and ended up being a perfect party for our little princess!
I found plenty of great DIY ideas and of course Etsy never lets me down:-) Here are some details that went into making my daughter's 1st birthday one we will never forget!

I found the PERFECT invitations on Etsy

Making ruffled streamers for decoration:-)

The pile of finished ruffle♥

I've noticed a trend in mini pendant cake toppers so I decided to make one, only using materials I had in the house, and this is what I came up with.

The finished product on her pink and zebra smash cake♥

Terracotta pots were used to create her centerpieces.

The dessert table is my favorite part to work on! I had an idea to make feather cake pop sticks and they turned out exactly how I imagined. I also used pink feathers in the cupcake stand, pink & zebra cookies and plenty of crowns as decoration too:-)

Scarlett's girly zebra pinata! Wearing pearls and a flower in her hair♥

The idea to use a frame for a "photo booth" came from Pinterest of course, and I was able to find the perfect hot pink frame at Hobby Lobby, hung it from a tree and got some adorable pics of our party guests in it!

Party favors for the girls were pink & zebra hairbows and zebra chapstick. The boys got mustaches and hot wheels.

And of course, the birthday girl on her big day, all decked out in theme!

I am ONE!!
